On the morning of April 3rd, a groundbreaking ceremony for key projects of Harbin took place at CFI’s Wellness Industrial Park. QIN Sihai, Chairman of CFI, delivered a keynote speech, updating attendees on the project's progress.
Mr. QIN noted that CFI's “Health Industry Study and Production Base” project is poised to propel Mulan's unique agricultural development, lure considerable international and domestic investments, and catalyze cultural-tourism growth. This initiative, he added, is designed to lead the primary industry, strengthen the secondary industry, and invigorate the tertiary industry, thereby deeply integrating Mulan's sectors across all three industries. It will help forge a holistic "five-pronged" integration model, propelled by industry, technology, employment, branding, and culture, fostering innovative industrial development.
The project's settlement in Mulan is attributable to the endeavors of the county's party committee and government to heed the call of CPC Harbin Municipal Committee and Harbin Municipal Government for intensified investment attraction and industrial prosperity. Mulan's favorable business environment, its capability in attracting, settling, and nurturing businesses, and the united, forward-thinking spirit of its people were all pivotal contributors.
