Wang Le, male, 47 years old, born in Hunan Province, China, has obtained a master’s degree in business administration
From 2002 to 2006, he studied at UCSI University in Malaysia and obtained an honorary bachelor of business administration from UCSI, and then he studied at University of Derby in England and obtained a master’s degree in business administration (MBA). Major subjects: Operation management, marketing, and human resources.
He is good at team operation management, top-level project design, and business planning proposals.
From 2006 to 2008, he worked as the CEO of the China's North Region of Malaysian UCSI University. During this period, with Dalian as the center, he was responsible for exploring resources for international schools and full-time schools in the three provinces in the northeast of China, and cooperating and coordinating domestic and foreign universities, colleges, intermediaries and media for business cooperation such as student exchange and international student activities.
From 2008 to 2014, he worked in Dalian Chuangbei Commerce Co., Ltd. as the general manager. During this period, he led and managed the team to reach the annual sales target actively, constantly fed back and optimized the workflow from practice, assisted in formulating work objectives and plans, and developed and maintained overseas customer relationships.
From 2014 to 2016, he worked in Shanghai Zhengrun Maoda Culture Communication Co., Ltd. as the COO (Chief Operating Officer), and led teams to visit and understand the scale, facilities, services and characteristics of major exhibition halls in Shanghai, including but not limited to the annual exhibition plan, exhibition process, implementation plans and budget control. He also cooperated with the government, institutions, venues and departments to successfully complete nearly 40 roadshows and off-line activities with a scale of 100 people.
From 2016 to 2018, he worked in Beijing Duoduoyun Network Co., Ltd. As the COO (Chief Operating Officer), who was responsible for optimizing and coordinating the underlying architecture and system optimization of SAAS (Software as a Service) cloud, and software and hardware iteration. He was also responsible for formulating and expanding the national market, laying a good foundation for cooperation in Hubei and Jiangxi.
From 2018 to 2021, he worked in the North China Service Center of Nanshan Group as the COO (Chief Operating Officer), and worked out the detailed annual plans, detailed workflow, overall plans of the company’s important work and budget control in the segment of tourism real estate. When making major decisions, he was responsible for providing comparison data, making suggestions and assisting in the work.
From 2021 to 2023, he worked in Yuding Media Group as the vice president of the group, assisting the group in formulating the annual development strategy. Within three months, he helped customers to add 12 million fans with the watching amount reaching 50 million. He was responsible for coordinating the data declared by the lower departments and making analyses in combination with the development strategy. He also combined the on-line trend to launch the off-line activities - “Our Beginning of the Term” and “National Fashion in the Chinese New Year” in October and December respectively, with a performance increase of 35%. He organized the formulation of optimized solutions, adjusted the strategic rhythm, and supervised the implementation.
Since 2023, he has served as the Strategic Director of Grain Investment Group, assisting the president in formulating the strategic plans of the Group and exploring new products, business models and profit models that are in line with the current situation.
