Mr. Jiang Zhenjun currently assumes the dual role of Chairman of the Board and CEO at China Food Investment Group Co., Limited (CFI).

Holding Chinese nationality, Mr. Jiang Zhenjun, aged 42. He graduated from Beijing Economic and Technological Research Institute with a specialization in Environmental Engineering. As the controlling shareholder of CFI, he has been honored as an “Outstanding Figure in China's 40 Years of Reform and Opening-Up”.

Boasting over two decades of extensive experience in managing large-scale enterprises, Mr. Jiang takes pride in his deep insights into capital market operations across various sectors, including agriculture, retail, real estate, and finance.  CFI surpassed RMB 3 billion in sales revenue.

In 1999, he joined Zhonggu Group, a conglomerate founded by his father. His exceptional sales performance led to his appointment as the Northeast Regional Sales Director in 2001. A testament to his continued excellence, he was named Deputy General Manager of the Sales Department in 2003, concurrently assuming the position of General Manager of Daqing Jihe Soybean Products Co., Ltd. The year 2006 marked his election as Group Chairman, where he spearheaded all business lines, directed strategic planning, and orchestrated major decisions. From 2006 to 2017, he diligently focused on industrial operations and particularly the real estate sector, overseeing more than ten investment, acquisition, and construction projects, including racecourse, Jihe Residential Complex, Grand Metropark Hotel Beijing, Jihe Jinma International Trade Market, and Jihe Hanwo International Trade Market. Initiating agricultural modernization reforms in 2017, Mr. Jiang successfully facilitated a strategic partnership with Joyoung Group. This collaboration entailed a total investment of RMB 620 million to establish Heilongjiang Joyoung Co., Ltd., the largest grain processing base in Asia.

In 2019, he founded Jijoy Group and later merged it with Happy Group, orchestrating a successful transition into online sales. By 2023, under his leadership, the Group completed the establishment of a global sales network comprising 7,000 offline retail outlets. This network further expanded to reach 10,000 outlets worldwide by the end of April 2024.

Ms. Tan Jun serves as the Executive Director of China Food Investment Group Co., Limited (CFI) 

Tan Jun, female, 37 years old, was born on 1986 in Jiangxi province, China, with Chinese nationality. Between September 2004 and June 2008, she pursued her undergraduate studies at South China University of Technology, majoring in Materials Science and Engineering, and graduated with a Bachelor's degree.

She possessed 15 years of experience in marketing planning and operational management within the online Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. Proficient in constructing and enhancing brand market systems, she excelled in formulating and executing tailored marketing and operational strategies, tailored to various corporate characteristics and sales channels. These strategies were developed in conjunction with strategic planning, to facilitate new product launches, marketing promotions, marketing campaign planning, and brand repositioning.

From April 2008 to August 2010, he served as the Director of Brand Planning at Guangzhou Wuxing Advertising Co., Ltd. She was responsible for renowned brands such as Procter & Gamble, Uni-President, Danone, Philips, Agile, and others. Through innovative integrated marketing strategies, she successfully enhanced brand awareness and consumer loyalty in targeted markets. From October 2011 to October 2013, she assumed the role of Brand Manager at Carslan Group (Hong Kong) Co., limited. From December 2013 to December 2017, she served as the manager of the Planning Department at Taiwan Anjieyu cosmetics Co., limited.. During her tenure, she successfully optimized the product line and promotion strategy, resulting in an 8% increase in the company's market share in professional skincare products and consistent annual performance growth. 

Since 2018, She has served as the Operations Director for TwoPlus Group Co., Ltd., the parent company of China Food Investment Group Co., Ltd. Responsibilities have included constructing and implementing the new operation mode and marketing mechanism for the Group, while also guiding the team in devising online marketing strategies for the Group's primary product, Plant essential oil. To introduce the product to the market and rapidly establish a dominant position, thereby increasing the brand value and market influence of the product. Achievements have surpassed our initial targets by 200%. Simultaneously, she was entrusted with organizing the annual meetings of 10,000 major dealers of the company twice a year, with the objective of facilitating the incremental growth of the company's dealership network annually and ensuring the consistent expansion of the company's sales revenue.

Ms. Li Yun serves as the Executive Director of China Food Investment Group Limited(CFI).

Li Yun, female, 46 years old, was born in Heilongjiang Province, China. She pursued her undergraduate studies in the Department of Chinese Literature at Harbin Normal University from September 1997 to July 2001, earning a bachelor's degree. Subsequently, from September 2002 to July 2004, she attended Shanghai Jiao Tong University, where she obtained an Master of Business Administration(MBA).

From August 2001 to August 2002, she served as a marketing manager at New Horizons Training Company in the United States. Subsequently, from September 2003 to September 2006, she was employed in a trainer at Hong Kong Huicai Technology Co., LTD. During her tenure, she completed a comprehensive business management curriculum and mastered various psychotherapy techniques, including family constellations, gender relations, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Gesture-type, Satya, and hypnosis. Additionally, the course training is innovative and distinctive, featuring comprehensive and stringent content, rigorous classroom environments, lively formats, vivid language, proficient skills, abundant experience, and strong appeal. The curriculum is punctuated with case analyses and discussion materials, employing cutting-edge, internationally-based teaching methodologies. These methods leverage an environment conducive to music rendering, fostering a more profound learning experience for participants.

From November 2021 to the present, she have served as the Director of Internal Training at China Food Investment Group Co., Limited (CFI). In this capacity, she have been entrusted with overseeing sales training for the entire organization and investment promotion for the team. Furthermore, she have endeavored to enhance the performance of the team, the enterprise, and the group through effective training strategies.

Lu Xiuling, female, 42 years old, was born in Ningde, China.

From September 2022 to July 2023, attended Oxford EF Language School;

Since November 2022, studied at Brest Business School in France, majoring in a master’s degree in Management Psychology.

From 2000 to 2009, independently started a business and operated a building materials firm with an annual turnover of RMB 10-15 million yuan;

From March 2010 to February 2011, worked as a sales manager at Hangzhou Action Success Education Group;

Since March 2012, worked at Linghang Enterprise Consulting Management Co., Ltd. as the CMO; Starting from sales, led the sales team to rank first in China within two months, with the annual sales revenue achieving triple growth;

From 2015 to 2019, set up a business engaged in sales dealership for domestic famous brand products. By launching 500 investment promotion meetings, creating over 5 million loyal product users, flying all over China’s 30 provinces and autonomous regions and operating a team of 200,000 dealers, in 4 years the group’s sales of RMB 8.6 billion yuan was achieved, accounting for over 90% of the group’s total sales performance; in 2018, was specially recruited to be the deputy director of the Social New Retail Subject Center of Boya Business School of Peking University, with an appointment period of two years.

Since 2024, employed by China Food Investment Group as the President of Group Operation, overseeing the Group’s strategy, operation, investment promotion and training departments, responsible for setting the Group’s performance goals, establishing corporate culture, making overall decisions for the Group, and leading the achievement of the Group’s performance goals.

Zhou Lijuan, female, 40 years old, was born in Hubei province, China.

From 2007 to 2010, she studied at Chengdu University of Technology, and obtained a master's degree in Computational Mathematics with the direction of Information and Computational Science, minoring in financial management, and passed College English Test Band-6. She obtained the title of intermediate accountant in 2012, the qualification of Certified Public Accountant and Certified tax agent(CTA) in 2014, and the qualification of certified valuation Analyst in 2023.

From 2010 to 2014, she served as the financial supervisor of the Northern Company of Global Stone Co., Ltd., National Equities Exchange and Quotations, responsible for the daily management of the financial department, preparing the annual budget, leading the year-end final accounts. She assisted the general manager in formulating the project profit accounting and assessment system, to improve project management and factory profits.

From 2014 to 2017, she served as the financial officer of Longminas Optoelectronics (Xiamen) Co., LTD., A US-funded subsidiary of an A-share listed company. Responsible for the establishment of a financial management system and internal control system, as well as a salary and performance appraisal system, to reduce cost and increase efficiency, and stimulate business development. She made reasonable tax planning according to the tax policy and the company's strategic direction and business characteristics to reduce operating costs. She participated in major operational decisions of the company and provided suggestions and data support for business development.

From 2017 to 2019, she worked for Country Garden Group as Regional Finance Manager in Tianjin. Assisting in the formulation of partner incentive system, she determined the project investment mechanism; She controlled the operation of all projects in the region; She conducted post-investment management and followed up the whole process of the project; She coordinated the handling of major matters and risk projects after investment of joint venture and cooperation projects.

From 2019 to 2021, she served as senior financial manager of the group at South Pacific Investment, a NYSE listed company, familiar with Chinese accounting standards, IFRS and US GAAP; She coordinated the disclosure management of listing statements, established a risk management system according to SOX audit requirements, and established a financial and internal control and other financial risk control mechanisms;She implemented stock incentive plans and annual employee option exercise plans; Responsible for the due diligence, feasibility analysis and calculation of self-construction, acquisition and acquisition of equity investment projects, she was awarded the outstanding worker of the Group in 2019.

From 2021 to 2022, served as the head of financial BP in Shenzhen Immotor Technology Co., Ltd., she coordinated the financial BP management of various regions, set up the financial and operation analysis system of the business department, and prepared budgets, forecasts and analysis reports; She calculated the single user profit model, participated in the formulation of business strategies, established a systematic business data analysis system and management reports; She completed the investor's financial due diligence on equity financing, and finally the company successfully obtained the C+ round financing.

In 2023, she served as the financial director of the Listing Center of Zhongnengguo Finance (Shenzhen) Capital Group Co., LTD., and guided the invested projects to build a financial accounting system, pre-settlement system and financial operation management system according to the compliance requirements of the overseas listing. She participated in project due diligence, led the VIE structure construction, coordinated the parties to carry out document 37 registration, ODI filing, equity transfer and asset evaluation, path company management, prospectus review, etc., and several listed projects have successfully passed the filing according to the node.

From 2024 to now, she has served as the head of finance for the listing of China Food Investment Group Co., Limited(CFI), established the financial management system according to the listing requirements, and is responsible for the specific listing financial management work to promote the listing process of the company in the overseas capital market.

Wang Han, male, 46 years old, born in Henan Province, China, has obtained a bachelor’s degree in law.

From 1995 to 2000, he studied at Zhengzhou University and obtained a bachelor’s degree.

He has a cheerful personality with good communication, coordination, and team management skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and a teamwork spirit. He has strong judgment and decision-making ability, independent thinking ability and a high sense of responsibility. Areas of expertise: Corporate legal management, and legal design of projects.

From May 2003 to April 2015, he worked in Zhengzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau, and was awarded the Medal/Certificate - Individual Third-class Merit by the Ministry of Public Security of the People’s Republic of China on April 11, 2006.

From April 2015 to September 2019, he worked in Zhuhai Xingangwan Real Estate Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. as a legal manager who was responsible for managing the company’s legal affairs. He was responsible for controlling the risks in the production and operation of the company, and realizing the strategic objectives and interests of the company to the greatest extent within the scope permitted by law, including the legality analysis of the company’s decision-making, contract management, staff management and training, and communication with external lawyers and consultants.

From September 2019 to June 2020, he worked in Jiangxi Grandich Realty Group Co., Ltd. as a legal manager who was responsible for checking the legal risks and professional risks in the development, construction and sales of projects under construction and on sale of the nine project enterprises of Jiangxi Grandich Realty Group Co., Ltd.

From April 2021 to January 2022, he worked in Huijing Group Co., Ltd. as a supervision manager who was responsible for finding problems through supervision/audit (including routine inspection, project supervision & audit, and patrol inspection) to promote management improvement. He was responsible for confirming the existence and verification of suspected violations of rules and discipline through investigation, conducting fact finding, cause analysis, responsibility clarification, evidence fixing, and nature determination, and collecting, reporting and cooperating with judicial investigation on clues and evidence of suspected crimes; through disciplinary action, criminal investigation, etc., he made efforts to recover losses and pursue economic responsibility. Project achievements:  During this period, two criminal cases were filed, three people were criminally detained, and millions of money (RMB) were recovered.

From February 2022 to July 2023, he worked in Shanghai Shenya Investment Holding (Group) Co., Ltd. as a legal manager who was responsible for the legal affairs of the Group’s subsidiaries in Hainan such as Hainan Shenya Real Estate Co., Ltd., Hainan Shenya Industrial Co., Ltd., Hainan Shenya Dong’an Investment Co., Ltd., Hainan Haydn Hotel Investment Company, Hainan Baishen Commercial Management Co., Ltd. He was mainly engaged in customer complaints and litigation-related matters in the third phase of Yalong Bay No.1 Project, risk point control in the bidding process of the pre-construction design cost of Yalong Bay No.1 Project Phase-4 Hotel and Sanya Urban Dong’an Project, and dispute handling and litigation work of shops in the daily operation of Outlets Mall. In the process of carrying out the above business, he was responsible for excavating and sorting out possible risk points, conducting side-by-side supervision, providing real-time feedback, making suggestions and supplementing the process to avoid the recurrence of similar risk points; he was responsible for accepting the work arrangement of the general office to educate the majority and deal with the few, assisting in improving the management efficiency.

Fu Changhua, female, 37 years old, was born in Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province.

She graduated from Heilongjiang Agricultural Reclamation Vocational College in 2011;

She now studies at Ross Business Institute in the United States for a master’s degree in media, and will get a master’s degree certificate in media in March 2025;

From 2011 to 2016, she worked in Daqing Jiahong Accounting School as a lecturer of the Education Administration Department/vice president mainly for adult accounting computerization teaching to provide graduates for tax and industrial and commercial bureaus, carry out on-site talent training for the government’s labor and social security agencies in the school, provide financial talents for various merchants, and engage in the promotion assessment of internal teaching teachers.

In 2016-2017, she worked for Yuzun Jewelry and ran a jewelry shop with partners, and then she worked in Ziming International Education to introduce training resources into the company for training, and establish a team at the same time.

From 2017, she worked for China Food Investment Group Co., Limited (CFI) as a market team leader, leading the team to attract investment and empower training, then she joined the business school of the Group as an investment-attracting teacher of the Group to connect shareholders and market leaders, and conduct psychological construction and team investment-attracting training; at present, she is the deputy director of the Group’s new media, assisting the director - Zhijie in managing all new media issues and empowering the market segment.
